How and when do I receive my offer?

You are welcome to request an offer from the hotel by clicking on "Request Availability" in the hotels list. Within 2 hours you will receive an offer or an update from the back office, until when you will receive an offer.

If the hotel sends an offer (PDF or a system offer with prices), you will get a notification via email and you will immediately see the offer online.
